So convenient
I love that these come individually packaged. I keep them frozen and it’s so easy to pull out just one to thaw. I also throw one in my purse when I eat at a favorite restaurant that does good burgers but doesn’t offer gf buns. Nice flavor, and substantial. They don’t fall apart while you are enjoying your burger!

More than a bun – I serve them as dinner rolls or french rolls, and NO ONE believes they are gluten free! Since finding out about GFT and these rolls/buns I no longer lament being celiac – this is real bread that won’t make us sick!
