5 Pita Bread

I LOVE this bread! It is soft and chewy, makes a great sandwich, and is good just alone with butter. I use it for a bread with dinner or breakfast as well as to make a sandwich.

Able to stuff them for a quick sandwich that tasted “real- like what I remembered “. Have been GF for 13 years.

Defrost and toast them in a toaster oven until they puff and then drizzle with honey and cinnamon (or honey and powdered sugar). YUM! Or you can use them to make Fry Bread (prepare the same but add refried beans, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and salsa)!

5 These are amazing!

I like them BETTER than any “normal” pita bread. They are chewy on the inside and flaky on the outside…not as dried out as normal pita. The pockets are perfect and easy to open up without tearing the sides. They are my new favorite way to have my lunchtime salad. I also can’t wait to make “tacos” with them (it’d be like having a gf chalupa or gordita), or even an easy pizza crust. Really good!

There are so many amazing things at this bakery that I love but the pita bread is my new favorite!! I love to warm it up in the oven and make a toasted turkey avocado sandwich! It’s delicious.

My daughter just started eating gluten free and can not get enough of the pita/flatbreads! They are so delicious no one would ever know they don’t contain gluten.
