If you're a pita bread fan, you'll love our Gluten Free Things brand Pita Pocket Bread for awesome premium taste and soft texture.   Our pita pockets even puff when you toast them - in the oven or in the toaster.

Stuff with your favorite salads or lunch meats, classic gyro with Tatziki sauce or stuff with a mixture of cheeses and olives for a mediterranean delight!

Here's another idea - pita chips for a quick and easy, healthy snack to serve with your favorite humus.   Cut into wedges, separate and drizzle with olive oil and season.   Layout on a sheet pan in one layer, and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes until crispy.

First time ever having and finding gf pita bread! So delicious and tasted amazing! Miranda

This is the best pita bread I have ever had. Moist and delicious. Goes really well with roasted red bell pepper hummus. Gerald Juhl

Tried the pita bread for the 1st time yesterday. Frikkin amazing!!!!!!

Even my gluten eating friends liked them. I should have bought 2 packages so I would have some for later,,,LOL! I can’t wait to visit your store and try some more products. Great Job, Thanks! Debi Knapp

I loved these!

Able to stuff them for a quick sandwich that tasted “real- like what I remembered “. Have been GF for 13 years. Brynda Turner

I’ve made sopapillas with them.

Defrost and toast them in a toaster oven until they puff and then drizzle with honey and cinnamon (or honey and powdered sugar). YUM! Or you can use them to make Fry Bread (prepare the same but add refried beans, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and salsa)! Danielle Raphalla
