These are amazing!
I like them BETTER than any “normal” pita bread. They are chewy on the inside and flaky on the outside…not as dried out as normal pita. The pockets are perfect and easy to open up without tearing the sides. They are my new favorite way to have my lunchtime salad. I also can’t wait to make “tacos” with them (it’d be like having a gf chalupa or gordita), or even an easy pizza crust. Really good!

Gluten Free Pita Bread
There are so many amazing things at this bakery that I love but the pita bread is my new favorite!! I love to warm it up in the oven and make a toasted turkey avocado sandwich! It’s delicious.

What a treat!
My daughter just started eating gluten free and can not get enough of the pita/flatbreads! They are so delicious no one would ever know they don’t contain gluten.

I haven’t had really “good” bread since I went gluten free 6 years ago – thank you!!!

These gluten free pita pockets are delicious!
…and this assessment is from someone who is NOT allergic to gluten! The taste and texture is very close to ‘normal’. It doesn’t taste “gluten free”! Good work and please do continue delivering great gluten free things.
