Gluten Free Things brand gluten-free vegan Hot Dog Buns are celiac safe and sold 4 per package and offer a quality alternative bread product for use in wide variety of meals and snacks.

Our hot dog buns have a dough weight of approx 4 ounces and after baking and cooling, the weight is approx 3 ounces per bun.  So you're getting a package weight of approximately 13 oz.

We do not pre-slice the hot dog buns because the bread stays fresher if we don't slice.   However if a customer makes a specific request, Gluten Free Things will accommodate and slice the buns.

SERVING DIRECTIONS:

Slice length wise and toast in your toaster or the oven at around 350 degrees F.   Or, steam your hotdog buns for a delicate tender bun.   If microwaving, we recommending using 10 to 15 second intervals to avoid drying out your hotdog buns.
