Its like eating ice cream!
Note: Baking instructions are based on a convection oven.
In a conventional oven, recommend increasing oven temp to preheat at 350 F. Bake a minimum of 5 mins longer than instructions.
Freeze if not using the cookie dough soon. It defrosts beautifully. ( Storing in fridge long term might produce small mold spots on the dough. )
