At Gluten Free Things, a dedicated gluten free facility located in Arvada, Colorado, our goal is to satisfy our customers by exchanging or refunding product purchased either at our store location or our on-line store. Gluten Free Things, Inc. reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges if products have been improperly handled. Since our products are perishable, customers must handle product per the “Product Handling Procedures” outlined below.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Gluten Free Things will ship orders a MINIMUM of 3 business days and a MAXIMUM of 5 business days following receipt of order.
All returns are subject to a refund verification process as stated below. We encourage you to retain your purchase receipts or online order receipts. If qualified by verification process, Gluten Free Things accept returns within 7 days after purchase or receiving product.
Gluten Free Things reserves the right to update or modify the terms of the Exchange & Return Policy.
Exchange & Return Policy Procedure:
1. We accept returns within 7 days after purchase or receiving product
2. Call, E-mail or visit our Arvada store location, describing the reason for refund or exchange request within 7 days of receiving product.
3. If approved, we issue an RMA number.
4. If not approved, because of mishandling or other reason, we will issue a coupon worth 20% off your next purchase or exchanged for (see Product Handling Procedure below).
5. Approved refunds or exchanges are handled like this
a. Bring returned product into our Arvada Bakery Location
b. If not in Arvada, email a photo of product you wish to return, to webmaster at glutenfreethings.com

— a. Shelf Life – Counter: 4 days from Bakery Pick-up Date or Date of Shipment from Arvada, Colorado.
— b. Shelf Life – Refrigerator: 14 days from Bakery Pick-up date or 10 days from Date Received of Shipment from Arvada, Colorado.
— c. Shelf Life Freezer: 30 days from Bakery Pick-up date or 26 days from Date Received of Shipment from Arvada, Colorado.
— d. After Opening Zip Lock Bag: Place Bread to the Refrigerator or Freezer to extend shelf life
2. Cookies – Pre-Baked items
— a. Shelf Life – Counter: 5 days from Bakery Pick-up date or Date of Shipment from Arvada, Colorado.
— b. Shelf Life Refrigerator: 30 days from Bakery Pick-up date or 25 days from Date Received of Shipment from Arvada, Colorado.
— c. Shelf Life Freezer: 90 days from Bakery Pick-up date or 86 days from Date Received of Shipment from Arvada, Colorado.
— d. After Opening Bag: Place Bread to the Refrigerator or Freezer to extend shelf life
3. Cookie Doughs – Frozen or Refrigerated
— a. Shelf Life: Counter: 0 days from Bakery Pick-up date. Put immediately into freezer or Refrigerator
— b. Shelf Life Refrigerator: 30 days from Bakery Pick-up date
— c. Shelf Life Freezer: 90 days from Bakery Pick-up date
— d. After Opening Bag: Place Dough into the Refrigerator or Freezer
4. Pizza Doughs Frozen or Refrigerated
— a. Shelf Life – Counter: 0 days from Bakery Pick-up date. Put immediately into freezer or Refrigerator
— b. Shelf Life Refrigerator: 30 days from Bakery Pick-up date
— c. Shelf Life Freezer: 90 days from Bakery Pick-up date
— d. After Opening Container: Place Dough into the Refrigerator or Freezer
