Ive been gluten free for almost a decade and have not found a good gluten free crust until this one. Texture and taste are beyond compare in the gluten free market, and my gluten eating counterpart was willing to forego getting a gluten one when he tasted it. 5 stars! Stephanie

This pizza crust is great. Not only can you use it for a variety of pizzas but you can also make a great dessert. Just add a little butter then cinnamon and sugar. Pop into the oven for about 10 minutes. Yummy!!!! Kim Ballantyne
